Unified storage systems management program for virtualization management platforms with Cinder support «Storage Space».
The driver for the Cinder subsystem, which is part of the standard delivery of virtualization management platforms based on oVirt, OpenStack, OpenNebula and others. The driver provides the ability to work with block devices on shared LVM storage without using ISCSI.
The driver empowers of the standard LVM Cinder driver.
The program implements interaction with disks using a local connection in cases where a volume group on a shared disk storage is available on compute hosts and Cinder nodes.
The driver supports the possibility of:
• Creating block devices (including using an images from the Glance library in creating);
• Deleting block devices;
• Attaching block devices to instances.
